This is a young 90 year old who I had the priviledge to meet on Wednesday 26th January. He came from up north with a friend of mine to try and find his citation for his DFC, We were unsuccessful in acheiveing this but he was interviewed by the BBC and also a few vistiors to the IWM. He flew 60 missions as either pilot or rear gunner of lancasters during WWII. God willing I will be meeting him again in a couple of weeks when we hope to have news of his citation. He was a member of 617 Squadron by the way.
